Upon inspecting the bug report I narrowed down that Rtsper.sys (PCIE Smart Card Reader driver) was the culprit. So my laptop with monitor set up upon going to sleep would always result in BSOD (DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE) after a few hours of sleep. One should not rely on it as the main source for updating drivers on your computer/laptop but only resort to it if official manufacture drivers are causing issues. The main thing when using Driver Booster is to only download select driver from it IF official manufacture drivers itself are causing some issue.
